Private Atelier Terms.

By creating an account, accessing, or using LUMESTEL (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Private Atelier Terms (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and account administrators. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

LUMESTEL provides AI-assisted tools to generate product photography and related visual content from jewellery and other product assets you upload. Features, quality, and availability may change as we improve the platform.

We do not guarantee that any particular output will meet a specific commercial, marketing, or production standard. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all outputs before public or commercial use.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or appear fraudulent, abusive, or insecure.

Certain features require a paid plan, credits, or other usage allowances described on our Pricing page. Fees, renewal terms, and credit rules are presented at purchase and may be updated from time to time.

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable once processing begins. Unused credits may expire according to the plan terms shown at checkout or in your account.

You retain ownership of product images, models, and other materials you upload (“User Content”). You grant LUMESTEL a limited license to host, process, and transform User Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable plan limits, you own the outputs generated from your User Content. You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights needed to upload User Content and to use the resulting outputs.

Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, or that you are not authorized to use.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to reverse engineer models, disrupt availability, scrape beyond permitted APIs, bypass usage limits, or generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.

You may not use the Service to impersonate brands or products you do not represent, or to create content that violates applicable advertising, consumer-protection, or intellectual-property laws.

The Service, including software, models, interfaces, branding, and documentation, is owned by LUMESTEL and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of our intellectual property to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly permitted in writing.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that outputs will be accurate, complete, or free of artifacts.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUMESTEL AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for other users or the platform, or if we discontinue the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date on this page, and where appropriate by additional notice in the product or by email.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
